OUR POLICIES

Rates are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are to be made in U.S. dollars.

We do allow our vehicles to be dropped off in places such as Phoenix, San Francisco and Las Vegas. Normally these require a 5 day minimum rental. Please contact our office for further details.

The rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up.

Cancellations made prior to 48-hours will be charged $100.00.

There may be a minimum number of days for each rental. Please ask for further details.

When you arrive at Los Angeles Airport please call us at 1 ( 877) 405-6444 – or – (310) 671-6444. We will advise you where to stand. We offer free service to and from the Los Angeles LAX Airport. We are located 10 min away from the LAX Airport. Our hours of operation are 7:30 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.

You must be at least 21 years of age to drive our vehicles.

1 additional driver permitted. An additional charge of $ 10 will be applied per day(per additional driver)

Cash deposits are not accepted. LAXPress Van Rental accepts the following rental deposits:
Debit Card, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover Card.
Renter must have and present at time of rental a major credit/debit card in their name. The debit/credit card will be charged for the entire amount of rental at time of vehicle pickup. PREPAID DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

LAXPress Van Rental accepts the following methods of payment:
Debit Card, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Cash, Money Orders, and Travelers Cheques.

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If our office is not notified at least 48 hours prior to your reservation you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. E-mail cancellation letters sent to our office will not be reviewed till the next business day.

Proof of Insurance is required on all rentals of Pickups, 12 and 15 Passenger Vans. Insurance must be in Renters Name. If you rather buy an insurance form us, please contact customer support for information and pricing of insurance coverage.

You may drive our vehicles into Nevada and Arizona.

Prepaid rentals have to be arranged through customer service at least 48 hours in advance.

Taxes are not included in rental rates and will vary from state to state.

Renter must return vehicle with the same amount of fuel as vehicle had at time of original rental pickup. If renter does not bring vehicles back with the same fuel level, a refueling charge of $5.00 per gallon will be assessed. No refunds will be given for excess fuel left in vehicle at time of return.
